Mild, creamy and sweet curry

Pack contents:
Korma spice mix combined with our unique dehydrated curry base sauce, and a sachet of ground Almonds and Coconut

Korma spice mix contains: Almond and Coconut powder, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato, Turmeric, Paprika, Cumin, Coriander, Cinnamon, Chilli, Black Pepper, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Bay leaf

Recipe (Serve 4)
To make Korma you will need the following ingredients in addition to the pack:

500-800g chicken, or you can use: lamb, firm fleshed fish, king prawns, eggs, paneer or pre cooked vegetables
5 tbsp vegetable oil for the curry
1 tsp salt
1 dsp sugar (or more to taste)
100 ml double cream or 'Alpro single' for a vegan version
½ cup finely chopped fresh coriander
