One packet of Anglo Indian Chef Dhansak curry spice mix lentils combined with unique dehydrated curry base sauce.
Ingredients
Dhansak spice mix contains: Mung Dal, Mysoor Dal, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato, Turmeric, Paprika, Chilli Powder, Paprika, Coriander, Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cloves, Bay leaf, Nutmeg
Recipe (Serves 4)
To make Dhansak you will need the following additional ingredients:
500-600g chicken or lamb, seafood, eggs, paneer or pre cooked vegetables
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice or 4 or white wine vinegar
2 dsp sugar
½ cup fresh finely chopped coriander
1 tsp salt
1 crushed clove of garlic
