Unique dehydrated curry base sauce mix combined with Tikka masala spice mix and a separate sachet of Coconut and Almond powder


Coriander, Salt, Fenugreek, Onion, Black Pepper, Tomato, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Cassia, Cinnamon, Cumin, Clove, Bay Leaves, Nutmeg, Celery, Spice Extracts, Lemon Oil, Citric Acid, Turmeric, Parrika, Cardamom, Methi Leaf, Mint Leaf
Coconut and Almond powder in a separate sachet contains: Ground Coconut and Ground Almonds, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Tomato, Turmeric, Paprika.

Recipe (Serves 4)

To make Tikka masala you will need the following ingredients in addition to the pouch:

  • 500-800g chicken or lamb, sea food, eggs, paneer or pre-cooked vegetables
  • 500 ml of water
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ tin chopped tomatoes or a few small chopped fresh tomatoes- optional
    1 tsp tomato purée
  • 1- 2 tbsp sugar (to taste, more if you like)
  • 150-200 ml double cream or Greek yoghurt or Alpro single (for dairy free and Vegan)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • A few sliced almonds for the garnish
