Our Bombay potato mix, like all our curry kits, is really easy to make - and when made is as good as, if not better than, the Bombay potatoes you get in an Indian restaurant.
The pouch contains a cooking guide and two sets of sachets. Each set is used with 500g of potatoes and is enough for four large adult servings.

- Mustard seeds.
- Base sauce (Onion, Tomato, Turmeric, Paprika and Ginger).
- Bombay Potato spice mix (Garam masala, Coriander, Ginger, Turmeric, Chilli Powder).
The kit is free from additives, preservatives, gluten, wheat, MSG and has no added salt.
All you need to add is Cooking oil, Potatoes (the waxy kind are best), a medium onion, some freshly chopped coriander, tomato puree, water and a little sugar and salt. Cooking time is about 20 minutes, depending on your cooker.
Enjoy as a side dish or as a main served with warm chapatis.
