Base sauce packs
Onion Bhaji/Pakora mix
Just had the lamb meatball and coconut rice curry it was very nice and would differently make it again the only slightly downside was the instructions were a bit vague around adding the onion to the meat sauce.
Being a vegetarian it is often difficult to get flavour into my curries. I have found the marinade adds amazing flavoured onto Quorn fillets too. I love cooking at home and love curries, these kits allow me to do both!
I also appreciate the quick and easy communication via email, customer service like this is great!
I cannot wait to continue to try the whole range - thanks again!
Made the Bombay potatoes and a madras bought at Barnstaple Market. Wow are these ever good. I've used loads of different makes and been in dozens of Indian restaurants. I'd never have believed how good these kits are but they are the best! better than any other brand and as good as the best restaurant I've ever been in. I'll be buying loads more from the website. Keep up the good work. I'm your biggest fan.
Delighted to find you have started selling Home size tubs of the Magic Base powder, glad you considered my idea.
Although I often make my own curry this base is a great and foolproof base for them all, it just seams to finish the sauce off to perfection.
I,m never without a medium mixed pack in my cupboard for that lazy and easy option for a great tasting curry. Thank you Anglo indian Chef
see you at Pannier market soon.
Just had the Bombay potatoes, it was lovely, because it has a spicy taste and aromatic flavours. We normally buy a supermarket one if at home but if in a restaurant I normally leave it. Nothing left of this one! :grin
I've just tried the new Onion Bhaji/Pakora mix, and it was absolutely delicious! I've been making my own bhajis and pakoras for quite a while using gram flour and spices, but these are much better: light, crispy, and perfectly spiced, and very quick and easy to make. The batter doesn't seem to absorb much oil, so they're not at all greasy. I made both onion bhajis and pakoras (using broccoli florets and potato and parsnip slices, which all worked very well) and had them as a light lunch, and I enjoyed them so much that I made them again in the evening! I'll definitely be back for more of this :)

Well what can I say WOW very impressed, my family and I are lovers of indian flavours we love hot curries the madras is just right nice hot bursting with flavour and the pilau rice was the best we have ever had (and that is saying something ;) ) easy to follow and prepare. can't wait to try more! You have a new customer , Thank you :) :) :grin
Found you in Barnstaple Pannier market. Tried the Do-piaza tonight. looks like you have a new customer. I've tried to make many of my own curries which my family love but never been quite satisfied they were right or at least lacked that certain Curry house taste. now in just a few simple steps I made a curry that was fool proof.
see you soon
PS would you consider selling packets of the Base sauce in your next evolution of sales boxes.
